Commuter Benefits
All Evoque team members are eligible for Parking and Transit benefits through PayFlex. You can participate in either or both of these benefits on a pretax and post tax basis.
You can enroll in Commuter coverage and review more options available through PayFlex by logging on to their website at www.payflex.com. You will first need to register as a new user.
TRANSIT
This benefit can be used to pay for public transit — including train, subway, bus, ferry or vanpool — as part of your daily commute to and from work. It’s a great way to put extra money in your pocket each month and make your commute more convenient and affordable.
PARKING
You can use this benefit to pay for your daily, weekly or monthly parking.

The IRS maximum pretax contributions in 2023 are:
- Transit: $300 per month
- Parking: $300 per month
Note: If you enroll in both the Parking and Transit benefit, you will receive two separate cards.
Voluntary Benefits
Voluntary insurance plans allow you to personalize your benefits to meet you and your family’s needs and lifestyle. The three Aetna plan options help to supplement the basic health care coverage offered by Brookfield Properties and assist with additional financial support when you are sick or injured.

Group Accident Insurance
Group Accident coverage provides cash benefits for out-of-pocket expenses associated with an accidental injury and can help protect hard-earned savings should an off-the-job injury occur.
Group Critical Illness
Group Critical Illness coverage pays a lump-sum cash benefit to help you cover the out-of-pocket expenses associated with critical illness such as heart attack, Alzheimer’s disease and cancer. This plan includes an annual $100 wellness benefit.
Group Hospital Indemnity
Pays lump-sum benefit amounts based on the number of days spent in a hospital, critical care unit or rehabilitation facility. This benefit can be used to offset lost wages, child care, travel or home health care costs associated with a hospital stay.
